   You should talk to your mom about this. Maybe there is a reason she is parental controling the computer?

   The only way is through her control to access them the control she has the only way is through.

   well if she was smart like me she owuld of set the restrictions in the router, password protect that puppy and your done.

   if she just used the parental controls in vista then you have a problem also. it can only be done to a user account, users have no priveledges. so get her password and change the rules
